Who we are

Revive My Kitchen is a Home Design Products Ltd brand. Home Design Products Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through revive-my-kitchen.com and our online estimator at revive-my-kitchen.co.uk.

Home Design Products Ltd, 47 Baring Street, South Shields, NE33 2DR.

What we collect

• When you use our estimator and book a survey: your name, email address, phone number and postcode, plus the kitchen details you choose (door style, quantities, worktop length) and the guide price shown.
• When you phone, email or message us: your contact details and whatever you tell us about your kitchen.
• When you become a customer: your address, the details of the work and payment records.
• When you browse our websites: information about how the site is used, through cookies — but only if you accept them (see Cookies below).

How we use it, and why we're allowed to

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange your free survey and give you a quote. We do this because you've asked us to, before entering into a contract with you.
• To carry out and look after the work if you go ahead — to fulfil our contract with you.
• To follow up on your enquiry by phone or email, for example to check whether you'd still like a survey. This is in our legitimate interest in responding to people who've asked us about our service. You can tell us to stop at any time, and every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep business and tax records, because the law requires it.
• To understand how our websites are used and measure our adverts — only with your consent, which you can change at any time.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with companies that help us run the business, under contract and only for the purposes above:

• Brevo — stores enquiries and sends our emails.
• Netlify — hosts our websites and passes estimator submissions securely to Brevo.
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram adverts) — website statistics and advert measurement, only if you accept cookies.
• Our accountants, and anyone we're legally required to share information with.

Some of these providers store data outside the UK. When they do, they use protections approved under UK law, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK's international data transfer agreements.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 2 years after we last spoke, then deleted.
• Customer and job records: 6 years after the work, as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or stop using it to follow up with you. Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
